Guide to our Sites
Opening times for our cemeteries, the office and the Book of Remembrance, and a few things to know before you visit.
A note on our current services
Our office is currently at the KGV Hub, Ash Avenue, Worcester WR4 9TL (visits by appointment), and the Book of Remembrance is at Worcester Guildhall while the crematorium is refurbished. Astwood and St John's cemeteries are open as normal.
Our cemeteries
Worcester City Council Bereavement Services manage two cemeteries, at Astwood and St John’s, along with Worcester Crematorium and the Gardens of Remembrance. The team can help you find your way around, locate a grave, or plan a visit.

Opening times
Our sites keep to summer and winter hours. The cemeteries stay open longer through the lighter months.

Before you visit
A few things that help us keep our grounds calm and respectful for everyone.
Dogs
Dogs are not permitted in or around the cemetery and crematorium gardens, except assistance dogs (or by arrangement with the manager in special circumstances).
Children
Children under 16 are welcome when with a responsible adult, or walking to school, but we ask that they are not left unaccompanied in the grounds.
Photography
Please ask before taking photographs or filming within the sites, out of respect for other families.
